The purpose of the film is to show the difference the company or organisation makes for others. Leaving the viewer with the feeling: I could do that too, albeit in another setting, and thereby internalising the story. Telling it to others. Use it as a starting point for a discussion with stakeholders on how to move forward together, as well as present it on social media.
LEARN
The purpose of the film is to make a case for executive education where participants share experiences and learn from each other. Key experts of the company/organisation typically answer the same questions and the results is edited into a 12-15 minute film divided into shorter parts, which can be used to deepen conversations with stakeholders in a workshop format. Questions could be why the company started, the challenges you face and how you overcome them, as well as ideas on scaling and lessons learned.

ENTERTAIN
The purpose of the film is to come closer to the creators of the company and invite viewers to join the journey. The film uses more tools within the documentary format and explores the sub-cultures of the company, its passions, challenges and triumphs. The format is longer and is turned into webisodes which are produced on one occasion or over time. These films are typically used for a lunch screening or evening gathering IRL where one episode is shown, followed by a panel discussion. It can also be used for online events and cinemas with more episodes. Over time the company/organisation can release new episodes to show break throughs and continue to build on the larger story. Podcasts
An alternative or complement to the shorter film formats is a podcast where key actors have time to further elaborate their arguments. One company representative typically leads the conversation with 1-2 invited guests. Sthlm Social Innovation Lab brings the gear and produces the podcast on site, while guiding the participants to an engaging format..

Instagram Reels
For shorter formats like reels on Instagram or the homepage, life-style like imagery in slow motion could do the trick. This is typically presented without text and voice over, just music, and should work without music too.
