Änglamarkspriset 2024Food waste and food poverty is an unseen challenge in Sweden where one third of the food produced is not eaten. That amounts to 400 000 tons of waste or 50 000 garbage truck loads. On a global scale food waste represents 8-10 procent of CO2-emissions. The Swedish Association Ätbart won Änglamarkspriset for their efforts. Carl Eneroth did the event film.
