Carl Eneroth

Hi, I'm Carl Eneroth—filmmaker, conversation host, and founder of Stories That Unite Us.

For over 25 years, I've helped people and organizations tell stories that connect us—stories with emotional depth, shared purpose, and the power to move others. Since 2016, through Stories That Unite Us, I've worked across sectors to create content that builds trust and invites meaningful change.

I have a research background at IIIEE, Lund University, running my own company on distance education and later as Online Program Director at SSE Executive Education, where I designed learning journeys for leaders facing complex challenges. My path has taken me from academia to activism, boardrooms to troubled suburbs—always guided by the same question: What story needs to be told here, and how can it bring us closer?

I've produced over 400 short films, collaborated with 100+ clients, and interviewed well over 1,000 people in many corners of the world—from global brands and public institutions to social entrepreneurs and grassroots changemakers. My work has reached millions through platforms like We Don't Have Time and has been honoured with close to 40 awards at international independent film festivals.

Whether it's a micro-documentary, keynote, case study, fundraising, campaing, commercial, portrait, or filmed dialogue, I focus on what I call the second story—the emotional layer beneath the facts that opens a door to transformation and helps us unite in times of polarization.
