synopsis
In this short music documentary you will get behind the scenes of Vocal painting, an innovative sign language for improvisational choir singing, as it is taught and performed at the Royal Academy of Music in Aalborg, Denmark. It all starts with a catching rhythm, with dance and singing merging into a joyous One, as the choir leader uses Vocal Painting to invite choristers to share responsibility for the musical process. Follow professors and students from training to their fabulous show. Duration of film: 13 minutes.
