Synopsis
How do they create a close relationship with their audience? This is the story of how The Real Group support each other to find their inner voice when singing. We follow The Real Group, a world known Swedish a cappella group from the studio in Stockholm to the summer house and then out on tour in Sweden and Japan, mixed with live performances of their most beloved songs. Created by Carl Eneroth who, together with The Real Group, explores the place in themselves and in the group, which on some level connects with the audience. "Searching for the Real Sound" was first shown to an audience in Tokyo. In a time of increased polarisation between "we" and "them", other stories need to be told. Take the opportunity to be inspired by how a group of world-class singers use music to unite us. Subtitles in English. Duration of film: 40 minutes.
